Welcome SlimCrossfire. I just now joined this forum as I purchased a "new" 2004 last Sunday (9/4/05). Last '04 on the lot. Got a pretty decent deal with no trade in. Mine is Alabaster White with dark grey interior. I love it. Had only 182 miles.

I, too, am wondering why, oh why it is so rare to see another Crossfire on the road. Amazing. I feel so happy and lucky to have one of these beauties. From the first time I saw one, I KNEW I wanted "white". I searched and searched and even put a "wanted" ad in Craigslist. That's how I found the last '04 on a dealer's lot about 56 miles from where I live.

Anyway, so for long post. ::waving to everyone:: Will post a pic or two soon.

Sounds like you got about the same deal they gave me. I just found out that they are selling both my cars for the same amount they gave me for them.

I just got an Aero Blue '05 Limited Roadster for $33,639. Bought it new with 16 miles on it. Haven't parked it long enough for photos yet. Got it for my wife for her birthday.

All I gotta say is you either have a very happy wife or a very mad wife.

Hi all, I am also a new Crossfire owner. I've had it for one month now and am impressed with
it's performance so far. I traded a 2002 Pontiac GTP (40th Anniversary edition). Dealer made me
an offer I couldn't refuse. Got about $2,000 more than the Pontiac is selling for and got $7,000 in
incentives and discounts on the XFire. Not quite $30,000 with all charges taxes and extra 7-yr
warranty. I think I did pretty good.

Now, if he bought it for himself for his wife's birthday, then he would have a very mad wife. If he ended the sentence in "...that's why we got you the van..." then he better get used to sleeping on the couch for all of his remaining days. But since he got it for her on her birthday, then he's probably in pretty good shape.
