Question Chrome Grille Question

Hi,
I see some of you have the chrome grille for you Xfires. Where is a good place online to get them? And, do they fit right over the factory grille? Are they truly chrome or ABC plastic?

An inquiring mind wants to know.

Thanks!

Thanks! Yah, I've been checking ebay, but nothing recently. I have been to the site in Germany. Way too much money for me, but it sure looks nice! Did you get your side strakes chrome too?

I think I paid $140ish for the grille on ebay.
I just got the chrome grille, I like the way it goes with the ornament on the hood, it just looks right to me with the chrome grille. I put a chrome license plate bracket to finish up the chrome on the rear.
I decided against the chrome for the side strakes, because in my opinion then i would NEED chrome wheels, door handles, and front windshield surround to make it look correct.
Of course this is just my opinion and i am thinking about having all that stuff chrome, but I am not ready to spend that kind of cash yet on cosmetic stuff.

The part of having chrome strakes w/o chrome wheels also occurred to me to be not a good idea. Chrome wheels would be awesome, but wow...the money...arrgghh :P

$140ish is a great price. I'll keep looking. lol
