When I recently bought a car, I was aware that the HEADREST PLASTIC BACK PANEL was broken and I would either have to buy one somewhere or repair the broken one.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find such a plastic element anywhere to buy. However, on eBay I bought a new BLACK STICH REAR TOP INTERIOR TRIM LEATHER COVER, which is on its way to me from London: https://www.ebay.pl/itm/351790153253
However, I think that before I put on this leather cover, it would be a good idea to do something with this broken element.

Welding this plastic piece would cost around $20 in Poland.
Not sure if I sent this to you but I've seen photos where they fixed the cracks with JB Weld epoxy then vinyl wrapped the trim piece in carbon fiber , here's a link :
