That hurts! But at least you can see that the wing is deployed. So the accident might have happened at high speed ... and not some $h!t like 'overlooked a stop-signal' or 'red light'.

the wing doesn't really indicate anything; mines popped more often than not when i'm driving around --

Yeah no kidding I've been searching for wrecked Crossfires in general... But every newer car like that even if totaled all to heck usually goes up for auction as a whole for spare parts within 24-48 hours and then is gone so that's a hard one to pull off...
