I tried re-loading my avatar but it says I cannot upload an animated avatar like I used to...gotta find a new one. LOL

I know what you are thinking, "that liberal jackas* wrecked it for everyone..." And, you know what I am thinking? I am guessing that by the time this gets posted on the forum, the second "S" in "jackas*" will become a " * "... and there you go. My misconduct is continually mopped up by those on the forum with more moral decency than I. Whether it is inappropriate avatars or language that is not quite swearing (but not quite rated "G"), I am proving to be a disruption around here. Tell you what, my next avatar is going to be squeaky clean. Click on the "Juddz avatar" in a couple of days, when I can actually load a new one. For now, there is a picture of a guy supporting the economies of certain south American countries...

 

Hey Juddz we luv ya Man, it is ok to be a rebel I grew up in the 60's and it was all about non conformity. But if we had an internet I would have not had an Avatar with Hitler's face on it or even the Iatolah, or any other enemy of my freedoms. The reason we can be rebels is we have those freedoms and those people want it gone.

 

Andrew I tried and it says it's not valid. Any new rules about avatars???

Years ago, I was all about not being the man. I dressed like a bum, had no money, subsisted on pizza and burgers, and my only worries were studying for that exam and having enough beer money for the bar on friday night. And, one day I woke up to the realization that I had a corporate job, dress respectably, people call me "mister", I drive a Crossfire, am married, I don't smoke, live in the suburbs, watch my caloric intake (and try to exercise), and drink diet coke... I hate to admit it, but I've even watched "Antique Road Show" when there wasn't anything else on. ...in short, it seems that I have become "the man". I think my days being a rebel are over, so I am just going to have to settle for being a darn nuisance. My wife thinks I am doing a pretty good job at that.

 

I reloaded my avatar. Actually, it's a different one than before...I was planning on changing anyway. The system accepted the avatar...but I do not see it show up on my posts. Nor do I see anyone else's, either.

Yes, viewing avatars is turned on in the options.

i can see the avatars if i go to the "members list" but not in the actual thread hmm (?)
