Default Modified Cigarette lighter

Does anyone know how to (easily) rewire the cigarette lighter to have power on all the time instead of just when the key is on? Thanks in advance.

The easiest way (I can think of), would be just to run your own fused power line from the battery to the outlet. I suck at removing/installing dash components, however to do something similar to what you're talking about only took me about an hour on this car. If you pull the battery and the tray it sits on, there's a plug made for you to run more power lines into the interior of your car. And it'll come out near the false floor board where a passenger's feet would be.
