It's cold and wet here in Mi. We passed on a trip this weekend to Travers City considering it was farther north and the summer is over for us. These temps at Fontana look like heaven 
I don't care if there's fall color or not, it's the warmth that is so appealing.

It makes it appear that you were going much slower than you actually were....although I was holding it back a bit as well steering with one hand and holding the flip video with the other.
Gotta invest in one of those handy road cams that mount virtually anywhere on the car.

Fontana Village now has service in the Lodge, Wildwood Grill

I did not see it on the Lodge site..... Do they have WiFi? And, is there an extra charge for it? How about Sprint cell service in the area? Thanks

They say CELL SERVICE, not internet service.
But I remember Beaner sitting in the lodge on the internet with his laptop.... he was showing me his other toys.
I think it's a WiFi hotspot all around there. I think the NEW NEWS is that Verizon has some voice coverage there now, too. I had no Verizon before, so I don't know when they got coverage.

WIFI available in the lodge lobby, Wildwood Grill, The Pit Stop and a few other designated areas on the property.
Wireless cell service is available for Verizon customers only in the same spots on the property.
Doc, I'll talk with ya about the camera before I head down.

This year I plan to do another collage calendar of Crossfires as last year. Tom(2112) will be taking charge of the contest calendar. This is just a reminder while photographing at the Dragon. I will need lots of pics to fill in 12 months of collage. You can PM, email, or just post pics you would like to see on the calendar, after the Dragon is over. Here is just one sample page I put together for the 11x17 at Cafe Press.
