The trip to NC is open to all Crossfire owners, fans, family members ect. So if you want to come please feel free to join us! The Dragon is a great experience.

You may not find any formal local clubs. There are a few scattered across the USA. But you will find XFire Owners in your surrounding area via this forum. And most of us get together periodically during the year. But we really flock to the ToD (Tail of the Dragon) Weekend GTG at Fontana Dam, NC. It's a great weekend event.

All I can say is welcome to the family and hopefully your first Dragon. There will be a number of people coming through IN, so keep in touch with those on the list as you can convoy with them...going through the Dragon your first time, regardless of your driving skills, is going to test you so if you can hook up with some of the others I'd advise it...

unless you are with Beaner and Bluecoupe...then your life is in question

The last Indy GTG was at my house and involved wrenching and bourbon, if you enjoy either, preferrably both, you will fit right in

I am in Broad Ripple, Doc is up north and there are several others scattered around that we can get to join us.

And the Dragon, it is an incredibly addicting trip that I HIGHLY recommend. You will get to know the people behind the screen names, and they are a great bunch, and see some VERY cool cars (I know there will be at least 1 V8 XF there for sure)...

There was a discussion at the spring Dragon about everyone bringing a local brew from where they live. I think we should do this and have a beer exchange.

I am really excited about getting to my first Dragon! Glad to see another V8 Paul and hope more of them can make it.
