Nov. 11 Veterans' Day Parade Sacramento, Calif.
The local Mopar club participates in this event every year. We put WWII vets in our open cars and ferry them through the streets of downtown Sacramento, where thousands of spectators cheer them. I was in this event last year and it was a hoot -- more "nice car" comments in a day than I receive in the rest of the year put together.
The club president says any Mopar convertible driver is welcome to participate, even non-members. This is not a show, it is a full-scale parade.
Any roadster owner who can make a firm commitment for Sunday, November 11 from 9 a.m. to noon in Sacramento please PM me. Note roadsters, not coupes -- veterans ride in open cars unless the weather is wet.
