You probably need to call and ask - then let us know what they say.
Most hotels that I deal with will only charge you in advance for the first night - and many won't even charge that until 24 hours before check in.
Im waiting to book - gonna wait till I have enough points so that I can stay free.

Greg, Plan on Linda and maybe someone joining me coming down to the Ozarks next year. Hopefully I'll be able to get more from the Northwest to join me.
Eureka Springs is a great little town . I'll send you some ideas on Branson things to do.

Have to agree Franc.. but if he's part of the program we looked at with them.. rooms are about half that price..

Pig Trail Harley Davidson of Rogers Arkansas has welcomed our request for a BBQ night!
Wednesday is their normal "bike night" event and we have been invited!
They will provide special parking and accommodations for our group.
For $7.00 per person, we can have their large buffet that has all kinds of smoked meat & sides.
They will have a beer tent set up. (Please be responsible - we will be driving back) & there will be a band.
I need a head count for them so please respond in this thread.
