Attendance list updated with ewaynec and TarHeelDavid.
For those not arriving until Friday mid-day:
If anyone is reading this and thinking they can only make the BBQ by meeting us there at about noon, please PM me here and I can provide directions to their home. This information will not be posted or discussed in public threads. (Wayne, check your private messages.)

Our Hosts are happy to hear it.
This is the reason I will be attending the Fontana meet. I have no plans for Saturday or Sunday. Were it not for Jim and Trish, I would stay home. Seriously.
Work is a burden and my house is still under construction. Weekends are precious this year.

My work is a BLESSING. I moved to a new role at Kenwood on January 1 of this year. New boss, new co-workers, new title, new responsibilities and adventures - pretty cool at age 57, really.
The East wall of my bedroom is a sheet of 6 mil plastic right now. The studs to the room are exposed and the bathroom is gutted as well. A new roof is done, but the 8' X 8' picture window & seat are just now framed up. The bathroom gets a 3'X8' foundation added.
The project is both a time and money sump. Squeezing out a weekend for the Dragon was hard to do. Were it not for the Franklin BBQ I would have passed this year.

If anyone needs directions to the BBQ (because they are arriving on Friday after we leave the lodge), please PM myself or Gary or Franc.
Our hosts have given permission to post directions and maps to their home, but not their actual address.
I do have an idea, last year, it seems to me some of us parked along US64 (in the Yellow circle) and this helped others find the place.
Once you see the car(s) sitting there, you know that THIS is where you turn.
I was thinking we could leave a car or two (or a sign) out there for those arriving on their own, since phones don't work around there and our radios have such limited range in those hills.
Oh, and speaking of Radios - it's channel 7 this year, no subcode or subcode 00.

Last Count I checked, it's fifty people attending.
Be there, or be disappointed when you hear the attendees regale their stories.!!!!!

I found out that I don't have National Guard duty that weekend and plan on attending. I got luck and the lodge had a room, so I am good to go.
I have added ya to the long and growing list
