The new Fall Crossfire Driving and Social Event - This replaces the "Tail of the Dragon Meet"
Full days for this event are Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
We recommend you arrive mid-day Thursday and leave Monday to enjoy the entire weekend.

Meadowview Conference Resort & Convention Center
A Marriott property in Kingsport, Tennessee.

Enjoy meeting other members and experience some incredible driving in groups around the Smokey Mountains.
This get-together (GTG) is for drivers of all skill levels and driving interests.
Route leaders will be taking individual groups on daily routes that vary from a relaxing drive in the mountains, to those that might make some passengers (and even DRIVERS) hold on tight. As always, we will offer a variety of routes and driving levels - again, this event is for EVERY CROSSFIRE OWNER.
Join us to experience an ALL-NEW driving rally. This year is a 100% new fall Crossfire event designed to bring new excitement and fun. Those of you who attended one of our "Snake" events, based in Johnson City, Tennessee know that this area offers us roads like "The Back of the Dragon” and “The Snake” with easy access to downtown Kingsport and Johnson City, Tennessee. This year’s event begins with arrival on Thursday, September 21. Check in, spend some time getting to know and reconnect with other Crossfire enthusiasts, and be ready to attend our kick-off meeting first thing Friday morning.
You’ll enjoy three full days of fun on the roads, sightseeing, and visiting local points of interest.
Plan to check out and head home on Monday to be sure you don’t miss any of the fun.
Yes, we said REGISTER! Our new fall event brings new opportunities to enhance your weekend with fellow car nuts gathering together, so by charging per car we can guarantee a Friday morning kick-off meeting room and designated group parking at the hotel - no door dings! We look forward to an enhanced weekend of fun. Registration is $25 plus a small admin fee (required by the event registration software) and credit card fees, bringing the total to $27.49 per car.
BOOK HOTEL ASAP, BUT NO LATER THAN THURSDAY AUGUST 10 - Once rooms are gone, they are gone. We have no idea how full the facility will be at that time of year.
You must register for the event before you can book your hotel room.
Once you register for the event, you’ll be directed to a special link to book your hotel room with a discounted room rate of $144 per night until our room block fills up.
We have a small number of rooms booked, and the hotel will release more rooms as we fill our initial block. THE SOONER YOU REGISTER AND THE FASTER YOU GET YOUR ROOM BOOKED, THE BETTER THE CHANCE YOU’LL RECEIVE THE DISCOUNTED RATE.
As always: Consider sharing your room with another attendee to reduce lodging costs; room shares can often be found by mentioning in your post in this thread that you are interested in a room share.

I really like the extra days before and after the "Crossfire Fall Rally" available with clicking the link from emailed registration. We usually come in early and stay an extra day and now we get the discounted rate for our entire stay. Looks to be a really nice get-together! Thanks to all who worked on getting this setup!!

We are definitely looking forward to the new Fall Crossfire event in Kingsport, TN.
Lars and Joyce Keller are Registered and plan to attend the entire event! Not sure which Crossfire we will bring yet (Red Roadster or SSB SRT6 Coupe, or maybe even the newest Silver Bullit the E450....But we will be there!
GOOD NEWS! Ella Whelchel is planning on attending as soon as she can figure out how to sign up. Ella's Husband of 31 years and my long time friend of over 40 years recently pased away at the age of 87. John was an active Crossfire Forum and Club Member and attended almost every event for the Crossfires at the Dragon both Spring and Fall Events. John loaned me a Crossfire about 14 years ago to attend an event and got me hooked. We are on out 4th Crossfire now and have two in our stable. Ella & John currently have four of them in their stables.
