Crossfire Humidor
Re: Crossfire Humidor
Interesting as I bid $127.50 and won the auction, now I hear that you were offered the item at lower price than I paid. I have emailed the seller... now where do we hookup for the exchange of stogies? I just brought back a box from Puerto Vallarta. Wadda you got...

Re: Crossfire Humidor
I LOVE my XF humie. No one on this thread has mentioned that it comes with a Xicar cutter AND a Prometheus torch decorated with Crossfire logo, and that the lid matches the car hood, and has a hygrometer that can be read with the box closed.
I love the political incorrectness of having a cigar setup with the maker's imprimatur.
The box itself has expensive hinges, cutouts for the lighter and cutter, and is completely lined in spanish cedar.
By the way, I live in Texas, where the heat makes it a bad idea to leave sticks in the car for long. Among other things , prolonged heat and wetness provide tobacco beetles a regular petrie dish.
I don't smoke in my car, but I always have a couple of fresh, wet stogies close at hand. You know-in case I get bitten by a gila monster.

HDDP ...that's funny ... while you are at it, and you are looking for a different cigar for you birthday have him pick up at least a single:
(...crossfireLTD you should try it too...)
Arturo Fuente HEMINGWAY
Its a perfecto, excellent draw. when it warms up it has woody ...earthy taste. As you get to the middle there is a nutmeg flavor followed by chocolate as you get towards the last half.

(wow i am going to light one up now... too tempting )
Unfortunately cigar smoking led me to start smoking cigarettes when i was living abroad (5 years ago).
so if you guys haven't tried the HEMINGWAY, i don't think, for the price, you will be disappointed...
HDDP have a good one and have a good run this weekend!
