Default Matching trailer for roadster?

I remember seeing a Prowler with a matching trailer in tow. What a great idea. I almost bought a Prowler two years ago and went to their board and saw how they had trailers on the site for sale. I didn't buy the Prowler due to lack of power and trunk space. Funny I find now I have the same problem with the XF, except for power. So does anyone on here tow a stylish trailer or have seen a site where you can buy one similar to what the Prowler owners have?

~ as for mounting the hitch... i think the real is issue is the crossfires center exhaust location.

Darn, there goes that idea. Have you ever seen the Prowlers with a trailer. Looks good.

When I drove a prowler I thought it had more oomph than the crossfire, but that's just my personal opinion. I didn't buy one since I felt it shouldn't be a daily driver although there are several people in my town that uses them for that and haven't had any problems.

Nice photo album of the Prowler. But he's got to do something about the "Seat Belt Warning" stickers on the visors. Check pix nos. 15 and 16. Maybe the kid would be safer in the trailer anyway.

Well I have the SRT-6. And at the time and still now my WS-6 Trans-Am! The prowler was a slug. My wife's G35 coupe is also faster than the prowler. I have to admit it is a head turner, the Prowler and my SRT-6 Roadster. Ahhh, living the dream. If the Prowlers performance matched it's looks, they'd still be making them , IMO.

Ah so sorry I was referring to the Limiteds not the SRT's. Yes the SRT's are smoking fast.

For what ever it's worth, I smoked a Prowler at Woodward last year with my '04 6 spd. A Yellow one pulled a hole shot on me, and I caught him in 1st and started leaving him in second. He shut down because I was pulling away so bad. I mentioned that it was yellow, because I think those had the 2nd generation engine that would actually break into the 14's.
Personally, I think they probably could have gotten a few more years out of the design, if they would have offered it in a chopped coupe, and of course, a V8.

Yeah it was at best a high 14 car. I drove one and was not impressed. Seemed cheap and the exhaust was very noisy in a buzzy kinda way and seemed to be right behind your seat.

I agree +fireamx, I really would have liked to see a coupe. It would have been the fore bearer of our chopped look xf.

Just wish they had come up with a different bumper system, but regs are regs. They're just butt ugly
