Default Colors available

Guys,

I was getting coffee this morning and some guy comes up to me and says he loves this car and wants to get an SRT roadster. I say "nice choice", but he adds, "I really would like to get a white (alabaster) one, but they don't make them". I was confused, I thought they did make an alabaster roadster. Anyway, I just checked the chrysler website and they have '06 crossfires but only in the aero, sapphire, graphite and black...hmmm...no yellow, no alabaster, no red (I'm speaking SRT's). I guess I just don't know my XF's as well as I thought I did.

Anyway, I told him about the site and come find out about issues and thoughts on the car.

No Alabaster...and I'm not even sure if they are making the SRT? I thought it was just the Limited Roadster...could be wrong...just something I remember reading...

Cool Re: Colors available

There will be no 2006 SRT6's in the USA, and 2006 will be the last model year in Europe/Canada. The color choices for the 2005 SRT6 did not include Alabaster or Classic Yellow.

Nope -- CrossfireLTD is correct; it's 2006. There will be no 2007 SRT6s at all, and the remaining 2006 models are not marketed in the US.

BUY a 2005 model in the color and style you want...that's what I did, and got a great deal!

I'm not sure if this was made clear so I'm going to repeat it... There has never been an alabaster white SRT6...

I love my alabaster coupe limited, though ... their loss... well my loss as well (115 hp)...

Sennaspirit,

The SRT was only available in 4 color choices: black, graphite aero blue and sapphire silver blue. I say was because production has ceased for the SRT.

Thanks again guys. As I've seen, I'm neither up on my knowledge of SRT's nor Roadsters! Sennaspirit moves to the back of the XF class for general knowledge...!

On another note, I really wonder if the 2007's will actually be available. They say they are, but we'll see. They should be in showrooms now, yes?

Cheers.

yes, 215 hp -- but a 115 hp loss from an SRT|6 (215 + 115 = 330).

2007's should officially be available on october 1 ... as long as they're not still pushing leftover '05s.
