shifter **** - '05 rdstr auto

I would like to replace the factory shifter **** with one a little sharper on an '05 automatic.
Any good sites to find this type of item? Also, how to remove factory shifter ****.

I found this one (chrome & carbon fiber) on Ebay doing a search for MB slk R170 shift ****. It is from Schatz tuning in Germany. Nice quality piece.

This is a Mercedes dealer in the Dallas area. I purchased my shift know from them. You can see it in my gallery. They have a nice selection under the SLK listing.
