Just joined this forum, and have to say awesome amount of information about all things Crossfire !!!

I have searched high and low for any updates on anyone that has successfully changed the color of the dash ...

Would appreciate any assistance - as this car is a dream - just the dash is so irritating !!!

 

Have not used it to color a dash, but I have used "Vinyl and Leather Nu-Color Dye", from J. C., Whitney on both leather and vinyl. It is not a dye, but a water based coating. The label says it "recolors vinyl tops, upholstery, dash, trim".

 

Apologies - should of been clearer in what i was trying to say - i meant the actual dash (speedo, tacho ) lighting color. I want to know if anyone has been able to successfully change the bulbs ??

This has been discussed before...apparently our dash consists of LED lights instead of bulbs...therefore each LED would have to be cut off and replaced with a different color...

 

That's actually next on my list of things to do...

I already changed the dome bulbs and the cargo area bulb to purple LED bulbs.
