I have leather/electric/heated seats I purchased on Ebay that I'm swapping out with the cloth/manual seats currently installed in my 2005. Looks like some on this forum have done the conversion over a decade ago but seems no one has done it recently. I'm looking for a service manual with the wiring diagram for each motor, heater, airbag and seat belt sensor and then change out the complete seats- frame and all.
I did the seat swap...leather for cloth about a month ago and it was pretty straightforward. Used the video on "sticky key" to drop the driver's side panel and install the door relay. Pigtail for electrical was there for both seats. The new black/red seats look sharp.
