Default If only I waited a year...

Wow looking at all the great deals on crossfires nowadays, and knowing that I spent ¼-½ more than the average crossfire on ebay… Sigh is a real kick in the face. However I’m not angry at all. I was one of the many that saw the car, (The crossfire is beautiful there is no other way to explain it, plus has that “what kinda car is that?” look too) I purchased it without thinking twice, enjoyed an extra year of driving it and the memories. (I don’t know if it was worth 15k-20k though ^_^).

However spending time on this forum was worth it, do you guys remember when… that time when that one guy was signing in under different screen names, and leaving positive feed back messages about his car. Only to get busted because he was using the same ISP address. Do guys also remember the “Upsloute send us a dyno battle” ROFL…Good Time Good Times.

In the long run lower price crossfires will bring more “interesting people” to the forum, and HOPEFULLY some reasonably priced aftermarket mods.

Thumbs up Re: If only I waited a year...

i know i've been paying about $100 more per month than most (before discounts occurred)... but no regrets here either... when i took delivery of my crossfire (10/03) i knew this was going to be one of my favorite cars thus far... its unique design & rarity is still a show stopper on a daily basis.

Agreed… even though I got mine at the beginning of the price drop I do think every now and again what I’d do to her (my XF) with an extra 5k. Then I go out to the garage and can’t think of anything at the moment, she’s just perfect! Well al most… still need some lowering springs and someone to help me install them. Knock knock Andrew.

Oh and by the way, Andrew what’s your VIN? Because you took delivery a month after mine was built (9/03).
