Angry Not happy with my dealership

I have recently bought a '06 standard xf that was a left over. My dealer was pushing me to purchase this car because they had ordered quite a few '06 and they weren't selling. I was trading in a '05 limited auto shift car to a six speed car, not being able to afford a new limited they ask me if I would be interested in a standard if they installed leather seats, so I did when I got the car back from getting the leather installed I was not happy. The leather on the seat bottoms sat up off of the foam by about a 1 1/2" and there are threads pocking out of the seams everywhere. Another problem is that since the car sat for a year outside the engine compartment was a mess I took it back to have that cleaned up and all that they had done was spray silicone all over the engine in doing so they got it on the grill, fenders, windshield and hood. I really like the car, but I am really unhappy with the service that my dealer has gave me.

Can I ask why you traded an '05 Limited for an '06 standard?

I have been ask why I traded a limited to a standard many times. The answer is that I really wanted a six speed car and I couldn't afford a new limited. I bought the '05 limited used with 36,000 miles on it in '06 so it sold pretty cheap being that it had so many miles on it. I had always wanted a rear drive sports car that was manual shift so I got one even at the expense of giving up a lot of options that the limited had.
