I've been looking at XFires on Ebay for several weeks now and finally decided to check them out locally. The local dealer has 10 beautiful limited Crossfire roadsters and one base black on black base roadster that I can get for $20,000. This is a great deal I think and was wondering what you all thought? Is there any differences in how the limited handles vs the base? Are the extras worth an extra 7 to 10 thousand more? The dealer is taking $10,000 off any one in stock and they are not the overstock used deals I've been seeing. Thanks in advance... FYI: I'm 6'2" 270 and I can actually fit and drive it in comfort.

 

It's all personal preference as to the bells & whistles but I love the Limited. I would think at your size you would like the 8 way power drivers seat adjustment. I got mine at almost $12,000 off sticker on 7 July. Try to get more than $10,000 off.

 

Thanks, I have to admit I love the limited more then the base. I also love the idea of getting a bargain on a roadster like this. There is a dealer on IL that's selling limited roadsters for $24,500 on Ebay and I've come close to buying and flying out for a nice drive home. Was thinking about making this offer to my local dealer. Any idea if the new cars on a dealers lot can be gotten at this price? How do you know if the car on the lot is new or a used lot car? I don't know about matching the price of thee e-bay cars but from what I have read you should get close to $12,000 off sticker from the dealers. In general a used car would have to have been registered and therefore already have a license plate on it. Also I would expect the used car would have over 500 miles on the odo.

 

try ebay. now there are 5 srt6's at $24,900. great buy in tampa florida.
