Foggy headlight
I'm just curious, is it condensation inside (small droplets visible) or this sun damage thing that is covered by the TSB? I have/had the condensation problem on two other vehicles and traced it down to poor installation practices on the lamps. Dirt on the gasket. On the subsequent R/R I added a thin film of silicone vacuum grease to both sides of the annular (circular) gasket after cleaning it and GENTLY heated the lens with a hairdryer for ~ 10 minutes to drive off the moisture and installed the lamp. Voila! No more fog/mist inside.

Though I wrote this on one or two other threads on the subject, I 'just' got mine replaced about 10 days ago. This rain/snow has brought the condensation right back.
Mine was condensation stains on the inside, and this being AZ and last part of summer when I got mine. So I would assume the headlamps are defective and not sealed properly as described in the previous posts. If you are still under warranty, I would try to get them replaced. Mine were.

Condensation has occurred in my N/A headlights every time it was washed and I couldn’t figure out why until I purchased the S/C. When replacing the turn signal bulbs (stealth bulbs) in the S/C I noticed small caps covering “channels” into the assembly on each headlight. Checked the N/A for those caps and they were non- existent. Those caps stop moisture from entering the assembly so I dried the assembly out and made my own caps…….problem solved
