I just picked my car up from service my local five star a couple hours ago and I am very happy with the service. I just bought it a few weeks ago and the tire pressure light has been coming on and there was a good size scratch on the front bumper abouth the size of a golfball. Also I have the black/cream interior and the top of the steering wheel was a little worn. Without having to put any pressure on the dealer they called and said that they were going to replace all 4 pressure sensor as well as replace the steering wheel.

Just picked the car up and everything looks great. The front bumper is now flawless the tire light is not coming on and the steering wheel is brand spanking new! The only thing thats kinda a bummer is the air bag/horn is just a touch darker in color than the new wheel. I suppose thats just because the horn/airbag is two years old plus it has leather/vinyl protector on it. Tomorrow I am going to put the leather protector on the wheel on it self...that will probably make it match perfect.

Anyways just sharing one of the best experiences I've had with any dealer. Hopefully this will continue especially considering how many bad things I have heard about the five star dealers on the forum.

 

So, don't keep us in suspense. What dealer? Where?
