NO. The theory behind it is that for electrically troubled cars, that don't have a good grounding system, unlike ours, it will help the flow of electricity to good grounds around the car, and take a slight load off of the charging system, which will in turn cause less parasitic loss through the drivetrain. Mainly the alternator.
Hardly worth any money at all especially for our cars.
