Hmmm.... I haven't had the time to talk directly to the warranty people, but this is a good suggestion if they can't fix it.
It's amazing. First it was just the corner. and in about 3 weeks the whole bottom is off and part of the top now too.
This is DEFINITELY a manufacturing issue.
OH! I found it on Ace Hardware too

I'm going to see if they have it at a local Ace around me.
I just re-sealed my top and noticed the corner on the top was coming unglued. When I bought my car, the bumper-to-bumper warranty had expired (powertrain still applies of course) and I didn't purchase an extended warranty.
Obviously, this thread wouldn't have so many replies if it weren't a manufacturer defect.. but I've got no warranty. Am I out 2 grand to fix it?

I've now gone to TWO dealers here in south florida (ft. Lauderdale)
Both have LAUGHED IN MY FACE when I asked if the would cover the OBVIOUS manufacturer's defect by the warranty.
Now having said that I did go into walmart and purchase an epoxy (is that how you spell it, it's a GLUE) that's for "fabric and glass" (and other things) and it has worked VERY well. Just use tape around the inside of the glass and the outside of the cloth, or else you'll have little drips like I do on the material. ;-)
But it worked relatively well.
I'm going to be contacting the warranty directly to see why they will not cover what is obviously a manufacturer's defect.
