Options Or Standard Stuff
I love that all the window stickers show crazy options like how many valves, etc. Those aren't options over other models of XF. They are pretty much options over a Model T .....

The car has "it all" my only options beyond the limited package were 5 speed autostick, Infinity Nav Radio, and an upgraded tire, everything else was included in the base model or limited upgrade.
I think the only thing I could that was available that my car doesn't have is the multiple CD changer. I suspect the only things you don't have is NAV and CD Changer.
Most of your "Options" are not options at all, but are included in the base model. SOME of your options are included in the Limited upgrade.

On a side note... if you look at the first picture that was posted...do those headlights look a bit different to anyone else or am I just slightly crazy?
Obviously no one in this thread has a base car. Almost every fact reported in the thread about the base is incorrect. I am sure you do not care because you obviously have a limited....
Between my current base coupe and over 4 years of having a limited roadster, I can spot the slight differences pretty easily.

I drove a base, black, 6 speed Coupe this summer. 2004, 22,000 miles = $14,995!
Had manual, cloth seats; no chrome trim around the windsheild, storage bin instead of cupholder and no fog/driving lights.
Can't say I remember any other differences, but I am sure there are others.
OH, the interior seemed kinda "plain" - exterior was black and cant remember the interior very well.

Pizzaguy missed the two-tone seats as the fourth option for the Limited. I bought my roadster new and carefully studied the option list -- it was short...only the three things he mentioned + the seats. I went for the all-season tires (mistake) and the two-tone seats (look great). I wanted the MT6 and hate built-in navigation. I just checked and the "premium two-tone interior" was $250 and the all-seasons were $185. I think the auto tranny was about $1250 and the nav another $1200. You can buy a lot of Garmins for that.
There were a few Chrysler after market options: a wind deflector for the roadster, lighted door sill plates, a cargo net and/or box for the coupe, a bra, and a car cover. I think those have all been sold out long ago.

If you had the all season tires would it say it on the tire.
It also sounds like the Nav is a waste of time to even try to locate. What about a nice turbo unit????Ron

I have fun wiht MY Nav unit - it talks to me in the British Female voice.
It's like I'm, you know, Bond.
James Bond!
(But the digital maps DO leave a lot to be desired. I like my Lowrance iFinder better as it has a more updated map and displays a map for me to follow.)

Sorry Ron, many have tried and many have failed. I am not brave enough to try yet, but am waiting on some sort of kit.
