Default Loving my XF - brake chirps/squeals

This is my first full weekend of ownership on my 06 limited and with the great weather and top down and I am in heaven! Quick question to anyone that may know, I took the car to Chrysler dealer because 3 yr warranty ends next week and I have a squeaking that comes from rear left side break. It seems to only be noticeable at slow speeds when break is not being applied. The mechanic said it is from the car sitting and having rust on roter and said it should go away with driving the car more. It is kind of annoying, is there a way to fix this right away?

Can try bedding the brakes.

60 to almost 0 (do not complete stop) repeat 3or 4x in a row, then drive for at least 10 min w/o comimg to a complete stop allowing the brakes to cool.
