Chrysler is losing me as a customer right now. Horrible PR work. Website needs updating, but most of all only commericals during Apprentice. Come on. Now the delays. I wasn't planning on waiting until Fall. Now I may not have a choice. Maybe an Audi TT is the way to go.

I understand your disappointment. I test drove a Coupe at the end of Feburary. When I heard that the Roadster was coming out in April I decided to hold off. I didn't want any regrets buying a Coupe when the Roadster could be a better fit. (My 6'4" boyfriend barely fits in the Coupe, I was hoping the Roadster would have just a bit more room.) ANYWAY....I made an appointment to test drive a Roadster April 22nd back in Feburary. Since hearing the news of the delay, I've called and left 3 messages with my "Chrysler Consultant". He hasn't returned my calls. Feh. He had an interested customer one way or the other.......but he is blowing it big time. Guess it's back to the Lotus Elise, my second choice.

I've got a few calls into corporate. Our distribution manager here in the business center, who allocates vehicles to dealers, is not aware of this.

I'll post when I have more info on it.

Oh well, I need to wait a bit longer.

I don't know what to believe. After reading this post i called the dealership here in Miami and asked a sale person when the roadster would come out and she said they were getting them in, in 3 weeks.

I don't know what to believe... I have a white coupe now and plan to get the roadster. I'm giving my little brother the white coupe and he's going to take over the payments(well my parents are lol) I want the roadster soon. I can't wait!

I *FINALLY* received a call from my Chrysler Consultant (salesman) and he says he is going to be driving one himself on April 16th and hadn't heard any rumors of them being delayed. I'm hoping that he is telling me the truth. So I'll start my countdown again.....19 days til I test drive the Roadster!!!!

Default delay

stopped by my dealer in Palm Harbor fla yesterday and the sales manager said we are still on for mid April delivery.
I saw Dayton Andrews of Clearwater had a red roadster on Ebay last week. wouldn't think they would do that without being pretty darn sure it was on the way.
Another perfect drop top day in Tampa Bay!

I finally got word from our distribution manager here in the DCX Business Center.

There are NO delays in the shipping of the Crossfire Convertable.

L.A. (California) will be the first to receive the first shipment, for there coverage area (West Coast). That will be 10 days from now.

Other markets will see it around 20 - 25 days.
