I am waiting for the seller to get back to me. Her boyfriend may have taken the comp out of the car. He is an OTR trucker and will be be back tonight.

Thanks

Old Salt

I just bought a 2005 and the compressor was missing. Is there any reason I need the one from Chrysler when I can get one from Autozone for $25

I don't know why you would have to be perticular as to which compressor you use. The MB one fits the storage hole nicely and works ok but if you can find another kind you can live with that would be alright to I think.

Old Salt,
I'm happy to send them. Just cover shipping and a gift card to Starbucks in the amount of your choice for my wife... Send me a PM with address if you still need them.

For what it's worth, I picked up a "sllime green" 12 volt compressor for my motorcycle and also have one for the XF. I think you can buy a kit at walmart that includes the sealant and compressor for around $30. I won't use the sealant, but I do carry a tire patch kit that worked very well on the motorcycle when I used it. The kit fits right into one of the slots under the trunk mat.

Good luck,

Doug

I'm missing my compressor and saw your post.. do you have specifics of the one you purchased? Just not wanting to buy one and find it has to roll around in the trunk. Saw a slime green for 52 bucks on wally worlds website.
