Sterns, Spacers & Lugs Specs.
Finally got the wheels on with no high speed vibration. Here is what I did if anyone else is interested or in the same dilema. Im no longer going to sell my Crossfire!
Front Wheels
18X8.5
35mm offset
5X112 bolt pattern
10mm thick hub centric spacer with centering ring (for dust cap to fit)
63.25mm - increased bore size on centering ring performed by a machinist
39mm shank length - Conical lugs 12mmX1.5
Rear Wheels
19X9.5
35mm offset
5X112 bolt pattern
15mm thick hub centric spacers with centering ring
39mm shank length - Conical lug 12mmX1.5 (1mm to long could possibly damage E-brake)

Ah! Now I get it.
By the way, I had Eurocharged attempt the tune last Friday. They couldn't do it. They said the cable was bad. So they're sending me another cable. I don't have it yet. But I'm pretty darn sure the cable is fine. But I'll keep ya posted.

sorry tom to my knowledge the cable is fine i only used it once... your a tech-ish guy as long as the pins aren't bent there isn't anything wrong with it...
I'm sure the cable is good. My ECU is a little different than most, I think. I remember when they first tuned it they had trouble. Apparently, they didn't leave themselves a note for next time, LOL.
