Default Air Filters

I a new to the Forum and looking forward to getting some info in regards to replacing the air filters. I have had the Crossfire (06) since last September. Will someone explain what the procedure is for replacing the air filters. I don't want to do by the "guess and miss" method. Thanks for the help!!

A no brainer......go with K&N, permanent filters. Get the recharge kit, clean & re-oil as directed. Never buy a filter again, & better air flow than paper filters. as you are probably aware, you need 2 filters.

Yes, I have checked the types of filters, I want to know about installation. Sorry I wasn't clear about that to begin with.

Every friendlyto do project. K&M filters is the best way to go. Invest in the filters up front...buy the "rejuvenation" kit (comes with spray on cleaner and re-oilier) the filters are for LIFE of the car. Keep it clean and oiled (not over saturated) and will last you a long time. The filters and the maintenance kit was one of my first things I bought for my Roadster. Money well spent.... I'm at 96,000 miles and counting !!!
