Default Changing from stick to automatic

I have a 2005 6 speed roadster and bought a same year wrecked one to do a transmission swap out. Other than changing the pedals and transmission to the automatic what else is needed to complete this changeover?

Your Body Control Module and Engine management systems may not allow this without reprograming. The BCM will not recognioze the new tranny.

After the swap, the car will think it, or the tranny, was stolen. The engine won't start without being reprogramed.

It would be cheaper to find a roadster with an automatic and trade it in. Sell the wreck for parts and pay off the difference

First time I heard of someone having a Stick, and wanting to swap it out for an Auto.

Usually it's the other way around (and it's an SRT-6 change requested)...

I don't need no stinkin Auto, I carry a Big Stick and walk softly...

Thank you to all that replied. I have a 6 speed stick coupe that is mine. However my wife who has the roadster is tired of the shifting. I will see what I can find in a replacement for her in automatic and see what happens. I guess I will post the wrecked 2005 roadster car for parts since it sounds like a major task to swap it out.
