Default Performance Chips

I am looking at ads for performance chips (G Force in particular) to add to 2007 Roadster. Anyone with positive or negatrive experience? The claim is increase of 60 hp.

At that price buy two for 120 hp.
All negative opinions on these as they do not work, do a search on 'chips'.

Buy a bag of chips, open it and let it grow old and get moldy for a bit, then eat the whole bag. That will probably give you the runs and thus while driving you go faster to get to the restroom.

It's all snake oil. If there was a chip for $60 that could add even 20 hp people here would be all over it.

Pretty much, for performance mods on our cars, there's nothing below the $300 mark that is worth buying.

Well, if the chip comes with four more cylinders then I can see how it produces another 60hp. I will be buying one of these as soon as I finish using my sawz-all to cut some portholes in the hood. I am sure it will run hotter with the extra cylinders.
