Default UK delivery dates?

So has anyone been given a UK delivery date for the roadster yet? I was told a couple of weeks ago it will be 4 weeks but today it went back to September.

I am now considering buying a stock Coupe and keep it until next year as there won't be much "Down time" after September for some months.

What to do?!?

It looks like delivery times are not much different in the US. I ordered my roadster a week or two ago, and the dealer told me that delivery would be about the first of September. I'm not too concerned about not getting the roadster until then because I still have my Sebring convertible for summer driving. LOL

My dealer told me they had stepped up production to get them before September. He reckoned that once Autumn had begun, noone would want a convertible until next summer.

Good news is that the wife likes the Roadster; but she likes the Boxster best. Am saving up........
