So, why no mileage on your car?
My car has 16,000 miles. All going to and on race tracks. And the car just keeps getting stronger and stronger. I'd use it more often on the street but my wife won't get in it. It's lowered and she has to fall into the seat. It's OK, now I leave the passenger seat in the closet most of the time, well, unless I decide to give rides at the track. Now that's fun. It's how I grow my fan club. A bunch of drunks but loyal.

I drive mine daily unless there is snow on the ground. I bought it a year ago with ~67K miles and it now has just a hair under 75K on it. Thats after 2 pretty good sized road trips, one to the Pacific Northwest and the other to CAA 3 in the Reno area.
I bought the car to enjoy, every day, and thats what I am going to do with it!

Roadsters I can understand (weather, salt, poor road maintenance, etc.), but really it's other drivers. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I've owned many, many cars/trucks and always turned a profit when it came time to sell. The SRT-6 was the first car I've ever owned where I really loved it from the first drive, then became a tad "worried" after a couple of weeks. There's really kind of a low, finite supply. So, I rest easier knowing they're in my garage rather than a parking lot. The only things I think about now are fun and preservation with these since they'll never be for sale in my lifetime.
We've got almost 117,000 on ours...
Even one of the grand daughters said, when she saw the car the first time, on Facebook, 'That's right. My grandma is a bad-***.' LOL
That's what I do.
Drive it when I can (about 7K/yr). Most miles are from vacation trips (SPI, Dallas, etc). Like so many others, it's a 2nd car. The Fusion gets 2K - 5K miles/mo.
Have 57k on the 04 (3k when purchased it in 05), 27k on the 05 roadster (19k on it when purchased it in 08) and 48k on my SRT6 roadster (46k on it when Purchased in 11). Purchased a Ford F150 with the twin turbo last Friday, so none of the Crossfires will get many miles put on them for a few months.
My car has been driven cross country several times. I'm weighing in with 161k and she still runs like a champ. I purchased it in 2008 with 64k and the only problem i've had was the crankshaft position sensor. I absolutely love driving it when I can, and I plan to put another 100k on if not more. Whats the point of having such a beautiful machine if you're not going to show it off!!!!
Good point! Time to go for a drive!
Only 19,282 kilometers on my SRT6. Driven only in fair weather. Up in Northern Alberta you have to park these cars for at least 6 months. Way to much snow, rocks, gravel and salt to subject such a beautiful car to........
Like others have said. For many of us roadsters and coupes are play toys so they get driven sparingly and are put away for the winter. For example, my TR3 (1960) has 41,000 actual miles, TR6 (1975) has 51,000 actual miles. The TR6 was a daily driver for a number of years so it has more miles and Xfires have less then 14,000 miles on them. Honestly you do not drive these older cars on long trips. Luggage space in those Triumphs especially with the side curtains, etc. is very limited. My winter project is restoring and installing the OEM luggage racks on both Triumphs. I believe you will see unmolested Xfires in 20 to 30 years with very low mileage on them. Many are only driven 2000 miles or less per year.

My low miles is because I have other cars to drive for daily trips. Don't like to take it to parking lots. every ding it has (3) is from people in parking lots when I first bought it in 2008. So I drive it to GTGs and Cars& Coffee, TMS Track Day Events. The rest of the time it gets upgrades, polish, loving care, etc. Love this car!!!
I work from home, so I don't have a daily commute. I bought my SRT-6 in Sept 2011 with just under 25k on the clock. It now has 39K. Nearly all of the miles come from long haul Crossfire meets such as the Tail of the Dragon events and TMS.
My driveway currently has an ice dam blockage and the Crossfire won't be coming out until that melts a bit.
