Default Athens, Ohio - help needed

We have a new member with something draining her battery.
Who here knows of a decent shop for her to take the car to?

Pizzaguy - is this ref the PStachler post re the battery? 2005 Ltd roadster post? I replied about the roadster trunk not fully closed issue which has caused me repeated dead batteries (not always my fault - but it sure was at the beginning.)

Have fun at the Dragon. I will miss seeing you and meeting others.....

It is SO hard to find an auto shop that has someone who understands the difference between current and voltage, who can use an ammeter to find current draw or who can troubleshoot ANY electrical problem.

Hell, when I worked at TransComm, (a Motorola Radio shop) we often got cars in from the Ford and Dodge dealers. If a car came in draining the battery, they paid US to find the problem and either fix it, or tell them what module to replace.

Yes, that is her!

And MY car's dome/trunk lights time out after a few minutes, I leave the trunk and doors open in the garage all the time! I wonder if there is some "time out disable" that some cars have had done to them???? Not sure, but I DO know my car's lights go out in about, oh, 7-10 minutes.

Anyway, by the looks of the weather report, THIS will be a GOOD fall Dragon. All the rain of the summer (as well as, of course, the heat and humidity) seem to have gone. Looks like Sunday might be a bit wet, but that's about it. Sorry you are missing out - I'm sure Pacemaker's bunch will miss you as well, I know I will.
