Smile New Owner Questions

I have now owned my new 2005 Roadster for four days and averaging 100 miles a day. I just love the feel the car has however have any other Roadster owners
1. Installed XM Radio - where did tyou mount the antenna? All of the other posts were for the Coupes.
2. Found anywhere to keep sunglasses and cell phones, aside from the side pocket. All of my crap slides to the back of the pocket.

My car looks pretty much like yours, except the int. colors.
I keep most of my stuff in the console an back pocket between the seats.
Not sure where you would mount the xm antenna. If you figure it out, let me know.
Hope you love your car! I love mine!!

I have had good luck with the XM Antenna mounted on the dash, at the base of the windshield.
Tomorrow I'll take a picture.

I mounted my XM antenna on the black back panel in the middle.

I would like to improve the exhaust system on my 2004 crossfire to make it sound more sporty are there any after market products that anyone is aware of.
Thanks,

Go to my pic Gallery and check the custom exhaust work that can be done without difficulty by any good custom exhaust shop. You will have to play with the muffler/alternative muffler and the tips to get the right sound to your liking. The added benefit is that you have increased the exhaust flow from the engine. You will find that the top end power has improved. I have also included a sound bite with my pics but you may find it misleading because it was done in the garage.

I'm assuming my back panel is white, since I have an alabaster Roadster. Do you mean the panel forward from the trunk, the one that doesn't move and has the rag top resting on it?

A picture would be better understood

Sorry. I, too, have an Alabaster roadster. I was referring to the black plastic panel that has the "roll bars" on it. I velcroed the XM antenna (a mini one) right in the middle of the indentation, between the roll bars.

Ok, I got you now.
A mini antenna. Does it work good with the top up?
