Default Spoiler Drain tubes

Has anyone replaced the drain tubes and rubber grommets on the trunk lid? Mine are dried and cracked, looking for replacements but can't find any info in the parts manual. Any recommendations and suggested source for factory/non-factory replacements would be appreciated.

Well, if you can accurately measure their inside diameter, you can probably google some hose/tubing as replacement online.

These do not seem to have been a much sought after part so wrecked cars would be an obvious choice.
Fabrication using various hoses and grommets would be another method and probably the best method if these are prone to rot away.
Amazing things can be done with a cartridge of silicon and a rubber hose.
