Mine came in at $568 shipping to Arizona. Very happy with the quality.

Is that from the recent Group Buy? I can't remember off-hand what the pricing for that was.

Any updates on how well these tops hold up?

Our top has been on for about 6 months, it’s a daily driver and it cleans up fine. Ask again in a few years.

I just installed a new blue top from BAS International in England. It took two weeks from the time I ordered, to manufacture it, until I received it. I spent about six hours removing the old top and installing the new top, but the last hour was trying to figure out how to get the Chrysler window mounding to stay in place. The fit and finish and ease of install was top notch. The company was easy to work with.

Great job on the install, and the blue on blue looks fantastic.
Valky - Take note.

I had done a write up on this problem a couple of years back when I replaced my top.
You just re-crimp the moldings with some adjustable pliers.

Great job! I am looking to replace my top and was wondering if the new top came with the rear glass. Do I need to save the rear glass from my old top?

NO, it comes with rear glass and a lifetime warranty on it's attachment, if we are talking about BAS hoods.

Agreed. No need to keep the old glass. No one seems to be able to glue it back in and make it stick.
The new top comes with the glass and defroster.
A note from my experience: Make sure your top mechanism is working before you tear into the job. Mine isn't and I don't know if I did something, or if it hadn't been working previous to replacing the top. (I did have to dry out the computer in the trunk fender well. With the window out in the old top it managed to form a lake of water around the computer and that can cause many failures.)
Best of luck!
Bill

I’m ordering my new top from Bas. Has anyone had the straps supporting the top break? I live in Las Vegas. My straps completely disintegrated! Any leads on a supplier for replacement straps? The new Bas top doesn’t come with straps.

Reading through the forums I've seen others with similar problems - the straps rotted away or broke. I'm not sure where they bought their replacements. Chrysler???? I wonder if there is a crossover to a Mercedes top strap?
Good luck! I hope not to face that issue.
Post when you find an answer.

I looked at that web site and see no reference to the Crossfire.

I just went to the website, clicked on Chrysler, then clicked on crossfire and at the bottom of the top listings were pads and cables.

If that does not work, I wonder if Klaus at TopHydraulics would know of a source?
He knows everything else about our tops.

You are right. I don't know how I missed it the first time I looked.
