Convertible Top
I test drove a 2005 Crossfire Limited Roadster. I was told that the window had just recently been repaired, that it had been re-glued. Has anyone had any experience with this? I really like the car, but I'm apprehensive about my back window falling out.
It is a common problem, do a search on this forum and see the amount of threads on the subject. Many fix their own window and it lasts for some time then maybe they have to do it again.
If you want a car where the rear window does not come loose or fall out do not buy a Crossfire convertible.

You can get an American made replacement top with the window in a sewn in pocket and a lifetime warranty, maxcichon got one of these and I helped install it. Great quality.
You can get a replacement top from BAS in England, and while glued in, it too has a lifetime warranty on window separation.
If you want a car where the rear window does not come loose or fall out, buy a Crossfire convertible and plan to spend $700 or so for a top at some point. Installation will be $200-$1200 depending on who you take it to. So do it yourself or get Max, George or one of the bunch to help you out!
