Prototype 2 is being produced. It should be here in about 15 days. Assuming it is acceptable, I am going to order 10 of the left side and 4 of the right side. They will be available at a cost of $95 each shipped anywhere CONUS. Please let me know how many of each you want so I can adjust my initial order. PM me with your order by 9/15 so I can update the initial quantity to be ordered. See all posts for info about the part.
definitely interested but would like to hear how they perform. Have you installed and how many times have you cycled the divider into the bracket
A factory part, we know will work.
3D printed may or may not hold up
just curious before I commit of it holds up I would order 2
I designed and 3D printed a replacement "spring tab" (secured with screws and nuts) on mine using PETG filament. That was a year ago and it has held up fine. So, depending upon the material used for this item, I would think that a complete divider bracket would be fine.
Just got the finished bracket in and installed. Fits perfectly. See attached ordering info for details. BTW, they are made in the USA, and are made of nylon that has been formulated for 3D printing. Notice the bridging for extra strength.
The window for ordering the bracket is closing Oct.1. So far only 1 person has given a confirmed order. Since the bracket is somewhat expensive, I will not be stocking any. If you want one or more, read the attachment for instructions.

You had better change the date above to November 1st or you may lose some sales.
I'm not in this for commercial gain. I needed one so I offered to order more for whoever needed them. I was originally going to order 10 lefts and 4 rights, but realized that involved a significant investment and there was little margin between cost and selling price including shipping. I then made the proposal for a 50% deposit, but the demand disappeared as soon as a commitment was required. Rather than prolonging the process, I am closing the window for ordering tomorrow, Oct.1, 2020. After that I'm not anticipating making the offer again.
