Default parts equivalence

Hi there,
I have my oil leak problem in the Right Main Lift Cylinder.
As advised, I contacted Top Hydraulics but since I am not a customer, they ask me to wait at least 6 weeks to see if they can solve my problem.
The MOPAR part number for this part is 5170015AA.
I think there must be an identical part at Mercedes because it seems strange to me that Chrysler had cylinders made only for the crossfire.
Do you have any Merceds SLK part matches and especially for part 5170015AA.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
