Question Performance chips

Hollo, dose anyone know if these performance chips really work for the crossfire ,specifically on a manual trans ,wondering if it would effect the throttle response thanks in advance.

Typical Debbie Downer ZERACER response. He's just jealous 'cause he didn't invent what I did.

ONLY MY chip works. It's in a cigarette lighter case, plugs into the lighter outlet and communicates with the ECU thru B+ ripple technology. Mine offers: more power, more throttle response, better mileage and less tire wear. You also get 25,000 mile oil change intervals, so you see, it pays for itself quickly.

$329 shipped to the 47 states. No sales to California. I need your VIN number, shipping address and blood type.

What WILL help you with throttle response is a "Sprint Booster", unless you already have one that may have been installed by the previous owner. You probably already know that our cars are drive-by-wire (the throttle body is opened and closed with the input of signal(low voltage)from an electronic throttle device, not a mechanical cable like the old days). The Sprint Booster steps up the input, and in turn, the speed of the response from the TB. Anyway, there is plenty of info. on this if you click on Search and enter Sprint Booster. You'll see and read how it works much better than I've explained here. Additionally, there are a few other modifications you can install to help your performance, unless they've already been accomplished by the previous owner. Again, use the Search here in the Forum for additional mod.'s. to your NA.

I disagree. Our search function SUCKS. As much as I try to edit thread titles to make it work better, it sucks.

This is my advice:

Is this any way to treat a very recent newcomer to the Forum? Especially from an Admin.

I thought it was funny and clever. It was not done in a mean way. Just to emphasize what snake oil all of these chips are.

You didn't answer my question though. I've been here long enough to obviously understand Mark wasn't trying to be mean.

This is a good place to ask your questions. In fairness, the very next reply to your 1st post was correct. Try to forgive that next guy though.

You got a very good response in the post before mine. There was no reason for me to just repeat what he said.
I took the opportunity of humor, since the very first post said it all - there was nothing to add. (Well, post 6 does make a good point, go read that if you haven't).
And I gave you a very important gift I give every new member: Advice in how to search this site, since our site search SUCKS .

NOTE: If you are a poster here, keep in mind that we are adults, not 4th graders. And sufficient intelligence to understand an OBVIOUSLY humorous post is assumed. What adult could read my post and NOT know it is humor?

I dunno. My wife maintains I have the potty-humor mind of a 4th grader. I only became more mature when I hit 70yo (not mph).
