Default Spoiler??

Went to go to work this am. Spoiler control switch was blinking. Didn’t think much of it. Later in ithe day I went to move the car and noticed the spoiler was up. Hit the button a couple of times and it retracted.

why? Will see if it reoccurring?

also seems to be cranking over a little slower than usual.

battery is about 2yo. Did install a new radio a couple weeks ago.
I don’t usually drive very far, only like a 1/2 mile drive to work. But been doing that for four years.

just noticed the headlight switch was left in the full anti clockwise position. (Not sure what that even is for but some lights were on. )

letting it idle a bit right now.

Think I answered my own question? Why would anyone want to leave one side of the marker lights on?

I don’t understand?

Its a European thing with our light switch
2 clicks from center (counter clockwise) turns on left parking light only
1 click to the left from center (counter clockwise) turns on the right parking light only

OFF position is straight up center

Since you don't drive far, you might want to consider a battery tender to maintain the charge on your battery.
When you take it out, you should take a long trip at least once a month. Short trips are not good for any cars.

never had a battery issue (that was not a battery issue). I do take it for extended drives every couple weeks.

let it idle for about 1/2 hour last night and all is right with the world again.

A Harbor Freight float charger is about $10 and is a lot cheaper than idling for 30 minutes. I keep my Crossfire batteries on them for the winter (removed from car only because my storage facility does not have electricity) and the 36-month batteries are lasting 5-6+ years. HF gets a bad rap but most small electronic devices come from China anyway.

I keep a good CenTech float charger on my Maserati almost all the time since I tend to only drive it a couple times a week in the summer and it is stored for the winter.
