Unhappy Separation Anxiety...

Well dropped my Roadster at the dealer today to have the "Heated Seats" issue taken care of. DChrysler wants the Tech to diagnose the problem whether it is the control module, heating coils, wiring, fuse or switches. The Tech said it would take a day or two for the diagnosis. The Dealership has taken care of me in the past and I have no problems with their service thus far. The Tech is very bright and diligent and straightforward, never has a problem with "listening". This is the first time the car has been out of my scope of protection, I even took a 20 min. video of the car when it was dropped off and some stills (more for proof than sentiment).

It's a shame that we have to feel that way, but too many people have had not so good experiences when they pick up their cars. I can't blame you for your anxiety. Just don't get an ulcer over it, and I hope it all works out for the best!

Hehehe, I just dropped off my Crossfire as well today. Steering was off, lining on passenger door came out somehow, speaker on driver door made a strange sound, windshield wipers chattered and did not clean windshield, and I need the front license plate put on. :-)
Have ya'll had any of these problems?

Ouch! We don't need front license plates. That hurts to have holes drilled in the front bumper! You DO have unique problems! Luckily they seem minor.

Got my Baby back today and all is right with the World at this moment. The radiator cooling fan recall was completed. Regarding the "heated seats" issue the Tech has decided that the seats are the problem and has ordered new ones. The down fall is that they are on back order.

He was like "Daaang, how do you beat off all the woman you get with that thing". Hahaha I'm so glad I have this coche!!!

Mine has been in the garage since December...I hate the cold, snow, ice, sleet, slush, and anything associated with winter!

Go here: http://www-5.chrysler.com/webselfse...rm%28%27R%27%29 And type in your vin no to see if your car is one of those recalled. Or go to the TSB section of the forum and look at the thread about the "New Recall Issued".

Well, if anyone wanted to hear an update on my Crossy, I picked it up today. The steering pulled to the left due to alignment, now it is great. The windshield wiper blades were apparently hard as rock they said, they replaced those and now they work great as well. The speaker in my door is ordered and so is the lining on the passenger door! All in all, a good run in with the dealership. I'm 16 so I don't deal with them much, but we have 8 cars...so my dad seems to not like them that much. :-P ... And they put my front license plate on. When I got home I installed my "No Problem" yellow plate on the front... I blends perfectly with my black exterior! I love it.
