i was thinking about going to milan this coming wednesday after woodward for there test and tune. would you be up for it then? it starts at 4 and i think they have it till 9 but not a 100% on what time they close.
I might be up for going back to Milan next Wednesday night. Can bring out the wife's SRT6 and see if it is close to what I ran with mine at Milan (13.54 @ 105.88 mph). I believe the gates usually open at 5 pm and they race till 9-10 pm (until its dark). Cost is like $20.
I also think a co-workers car club might be renting Milan again sometime end of this month or next month. I'll get the information and give it to you guys if you like.

that would be really sweet to have srt6's there. i really what to go that wednesday because the next day i have to move into my dorms up at ferris. so it would be sweet to get one last track run in before school.
Never going to Milan again because my Husband's six figure Jerry Bickel GTO turned into the wall after the finish line at 200 MPH, he had to be helovac'd to U of M Hosp. and we found out from tests, unrelated to the crash, he has a brain aneruysm. This happened on Fathers Day (the weekend after we saw you at Lapeer, 05BlackSRT6). The crash happened to be a blessing in disguise, but the aneurysm hasn't been taken care of yet. Hopefully we'll get through this soon and back to normal because I feel we lost the whole summer because the Dr.'s are so slow to figure things out.
Have fun and be careful at Milan, if you go. (Although, you're right, it's a much better track than Lapeer).
And Best of luck at Ferris!

MI Roadster, that's earth shattering news. Please tell your husband that we are all wishing him a quick recovery. Thank God he survived the crash too. I hope you and your family are holding up as well as can be expected under the circumstances.
When ever I hear stories like that, it sort of makes all the minor problems I have to deal with on a daily basis seem very trivial.
Please keep us posted. You are in our prayers.
Mike

Thanks.
In 10 days we celebrate our 30th anniversary. I've had him around for that long, and I want him around at least that long again! Guess we'll just put off the good celebration for after he's healthy again.
