Very interesting reading... making some changes to the 2007 models but nothing to do with that darned cup holder.

Great find; thanks. Now if only the dealers' sales and technical staffs would have as much interest as this press release displays, then the car would not be staring at potential orphan status.

Note that there is no SRT line for 2007. The 2006 SRT's apparently had a monochrome windshield surround and new badging on the fenders rather than the rear deck. Has anyone seen anything like that? Not me.

Interesting that there was no mention of the SRT-6. Was it an oversight or has production been discontinued?

The latter, as we discovered earlier this week through several other threads. But that's not really surprising since the SRT6 engine is sourced from AMG and AMG is no longer making the 3.2L V6s.

you will also note that any road tests in the past year in any of the major auto mags NEVER reference the SRT-6 in performance comparos...you'd think that it never existed!!!
