Do you have any computer upgrades or a flash done to your car?

Just wondering, because many people have found the limiter to be set at 158 mph, which I guess isn't too far off from 161 mph and speedo's probably very from one another up to 5 mph at that speed.

I never tried to test the limit of mine when it was stock, but I have had it up to 165 mph+ since my mods and it was still pulling hard when I let off due to road conditions.
Some day I'd like find out what she's really got.

Here is another thread where people talked about this subject before.

That's what I was waiting to here...its what I would call a happy gauge!!

The distance I was going I think more like 141-151?

Anybody seen inaccurate gauges in there cars?

Didn't have my GPS with me...now everything is iced up.

You think your speedo is that far off?
Im guessing its probably not that far off and maybe you were just about to hit the limiter before you let off?

I have a pretty good feeling that my speedo is right, by the way things were going by and by how much ground I was covering...
I had my SRT-4 to just over 150 mph and it didn't seem like I was going anywhere near as fast as the SRT-6 @ 165 mph,
and the best part is that it seemed to get to 165 mph faster then the SRT-4 got to 150 mph.

I've had my '04 coupe up to 147 mph a few times early on Sunday mornings on my way to where I eat breakfast, there's about a three mile stretch that you can see all around for miles. Renntech took the limiter out of my SRT6 when they remapped the ECU, in a month or so I'll have to see what it will do in that stretch.
