Default Srt6 Muffler

I bought my new SRT6 this fall and it only has 1,040 miles on it now. I've been putting the miles on my leased coupe. I was thinking about putting an aftermarket muffler on the SRT6, it is kind of quiet, but it also sounds different than the coupe. When I leased the '04 coupe it was also kind of quiet too, but now that it has around 30K miles on it, it is a lot louder than it was when new. I guess what I'm asking, is there any SRT6 guy's out there with 10k miles or so on your car that noticed if your cars got louder as the muffler got some miles on it?

I've got 20k on my SRT and there hasn't been any noticeable increase in exhaust note.

I haven't had the chance to drive mine much, do you like the OEM sound or are you interested in something different. My coupe got louder with age, I was just wondering if the SRT6 would do the same. Thanks for replying.

I have the limited and it did get louder the more I drive it (only 9k on it now). But I have never heard anyone with an SRT say that, just the regular N/A engine. But if you do decide to buy a aftermarket muffler I would love to buy your OEM SRT one from you!

haven't notice any diff. on mine w/ 26K miles. i'm happy with the sound the way it is, i don't need to get the fuzz's attention when i'm flying by.
