fuel mileage change??
So has anyone ever tried flipping the switch on the console over to "W" weather for an entire tank of gas? Does it impact the fuel mileage one way or the other?? I have been driving this tank in the "W" position and seams like I am getting a few more miles on the tank... just guestimatiing right now. Maybe the frogginess is not there so I am lighter on the pedal this way.
Well, great minds think alike. I just filled up with my second tank and thought to try this for a tank and compare.
1st tank = 20.7 mpg with a mix of city / hwy.
This will be an interesting experiment and in a couple more tanks the 1K mile "break-in" period of the engine will be over and any restraint towards getting decent gas mileage will go out the window in a "whoosh" of SC howl!
Did I mention "I love this car!!"?
